free parking, outdoor sauna, proximity to downtown restaurants
Rooms are outdated with an unpleasant musty smell!!! Housekeeping lacks attention to detail, leaving old coffee cups and insufficient toilet paper needs!!! Sound insulation needs improvement. Noisy upstairs guests disturbed our peace!!!

Tidy, low budget hotel, I appreciated huge and impeccably clean rooms and incredibly gracious staff. The location in a busy area was great and stunning and there were gift stores and a supermarket nearby. Btw, went to city center, located just a short walk away from the venue: D

The outdoor hot tubs were relaxing after a long day.
Carrying heavy luggage up and down was inconvenient, and the staff offered no assistance. This lack of support.

The staff were friendly. We especially loved the breakfast with its ample gluten-free options! The outdoor hot tubs were a hit with the kids and offered amazing mountain views-perfect for family fun.
In my wife's opinion, the check-in process could be smoother. They struggled with finding our reservation, frustrating.
